Refunds and returns

Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or refund.

We do not accept change of mind returns or refunds.

Please note that dried and preserved flowers can last several years when looked after following care instructions. A small amount of petals falling can occur, particularly with hydrangeas. Occasionally flowers may become loose from the dry floral foam and can gently be pushed back in.
